Joe Moralli has served the City of Chico for over 25 years, beginning his career at the Chico Police Department. In June 2023, he joined the North Valley Fiber team, bringing with him a wealth of government experience. During his tenure with the police department, Joe oversaw the Property and Evidence Section, dedicating many years in supervisory and management roles. His background includes leadership of large-scale projects, coordination of personnel, and active involvement in professional evidence-handling organizations.

Joe currently serves as President of the International Association for Property and Evidence (IAPE) and is the immediate past President of the California Association for Property and Evidence (CAPE). He remains deeply engaged in the field, traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada to teach courses on best practices in property and evidence management.

Outside of his professional commitments, Joe is an avid enthusiast of wine, exotic goldfish, and aviation. He is actively pursuing his private pilot license and has already begun flight training, driven by a desire to explore new destinations and embrace the freedom of flight.
